the programme
who is the 105 day challenge for?
+
anyone between 16 and 70+ who is ready to commit to a structured lifestyle change. whether you're a complete beginner or someone who has tried everything — if you're serious about lasting change, you're a candidate. the intake form helps us assess fit on both sides.
how is this different from a regular fitness programme?
+
most programmes address one dimension — typically training or nutrition. the 105 day challenge addresses six simultaneously: identity, biometrics, nutrition, medical, recovery and activity. everything is interconnected, and we treat it that way. your programme is also fully personalised — not a template.
how much time does it take per day?
+
typically 45–90 minutes of active effort per day, depending on your training phase. this includes your workout, meal prep and a short daily check-in. the programme is designed around real people with real schedules — not people with unlimited time.
what does the coaching support look like?
+
you have direct access to your coach via whatsapp throughout the 105 days. there are four structured review calls — one at the end of each phase — plus on-demand support for questions, adjustments and accountability. you're never alone in the process.
what happens after day 105?
+
the final phase is specifically designed for this. you receive a complete maintenance blueprint — your long-term nutrition strategy, sustainable training programme and habit framework. day 106 should feel like a natural continuation, not a return to old patterns.
nutrition
is this programme vegetarian-friendly?
+
completely. your dietary preference — vegetarian, non-vegetarian or eggetarian — is captured in the intake form and your entire nutrition plan is built around it. there are no compromises, no substitutions that don't work in practice.
will i have to follow a strict meal plan?
+
no — and that's intentional. strict meal plans work for about two weeks and then real life intervenes. instead, you'll get a nutrition framework — meal timing, food groups, portion guidance — that works around your cooking reality, social life and work schedule. it's flexible by design.
what if i travel frequently?
+
phase 3 of the programme specifically addresses lifestyle integration — including travel protocols, eating out strategies and maintaining habits when your environment changes. your coach also adjusts your programme in real time when you have upcoming trips.
health & medical
i have a medical condition — can i still apply?
+
yes — and it's important that you disclose everything in your application. conditions like thyroid disorders, diabetes, PCOS, high blood pressure and musculoskeletal injuries are all factored into your programme design. we work with your health, not around it. your medical history informs the entire plan.
i'm on medication. is that a problem?
+
not at all — it's important information. your current medications and supplements are reviewed as part of the intake process. your programme is designed to complement your existing medical care, never conflict with it. we always recommend keeping your GP informed throughout the process.
do i need blood reports before i apply?
+
blood reports are helpful but not required to apply. if you have recent CBC, lipid profile or KFT results, sharing them allows your coach to build a more complete picture from day one. if not, you'll be guided on which tests are worth getting before the programme begins.
i have an injury. can i still train?
+
yes. your injury history, location, severity and duration are captured in the intake form. your training programme is modified from the start to work around your injury while still being effective. in many cases, targeted work actually accelerates recovery.
applying & getting started
how does the application process work?
+
complete the intake form (~8 minutes). your application is reviewed within 48 hours. if selected, you'll receive a call to discuss your goals, confirm the programme details and set your start date. limited spots per intake cycle mean not every applicant is accepted — be honest and thorough in your form.
do i need gym access?
+
no. your training programme is built around what you actually have access to — gym, home, or both. your intake form captures your setup and we design accordingly. beginners starting from scratch are just as welcome as experienced gym-goers.
how many days per week do i need to train?
+
this is one of the questions in your intake form — you select 0–7 days and we build around your honest answer. most clients train 3–5 days per week. the programme adapts to what you can actually commit to, not an idealised version of your schedule.
is there a payment required to apply?
+
no payment is required to complete your application. selected candidates are contacted with programme details and investment information before confirming their place. the application is simply to assess fit on both sides.

still have questions?

the best way to get answers is to apply. the intake form covers most details, and selected candidates receive a call where everything is discussed before any commitment.
