The Programme
Who is the 90 Day Reset for?
+
Anyone between 16 and 70+ who is ready to commit to a structured lifestyle change. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who has tried everything — if you're serious about permanent change, you're a candidate.
Is this a fat loss or muscle gain programme?
+
No. This is a complete lifestyle reset — structured around five pillars: exercise and activity, sleep pattern, supplementation, nutrition (planned with science and Ayurveda principles), and best possible recovery. Fat loss and muscle gain are natural byproducts of getting your lifestyle right.
How is this different from a regular fitness programme?
+
Most programmes address one dimension — typically training or nutrition. This addresses five simultaneously and treats them as a system. Your sleep affects your training. Your nutrition affects your recovery. Your stress affects everything. Your programme is fully personalised — never a template.
How much time does it take per day?
+
Typically 45–90 minutes of active effort per day, depending on your training phase. This includes your workout, meal prep and a short daily check-in. The programme is designed around real people with real schedules.
What happens after Day 90?
+
Before Day 90 ends, you receive your Post-90 Blueprint — a personalised maintenance plan that carries your results forward. The exit review call covers long-term strategy, lifestyle protocols and what to prioritise beyond the programme.
Dates & Format
When does the programme start and end?
+
The programme runs from 1st May to 15th August 2026 — 90 days. This window is deliberately chosen: it sits between major festival and wedding seasons, giving you 90 clear, distraction-free days.
Why this specific time period?
+
No festivals. No weddings. No distractions. May to August in India is deliberately quiet — no major social obligations that would compromise your commitment. 90 days where your environment can't be used as an excuse.
What does the coaching support look like?
+
Daily WhatsApp group for motivation and accountability. Weekly structured check-ins. Direct coach access for questions. Three phase review calls at Days 30, 60 and 90. On-demand support throughout.
Do I need gym access?
+
No. Your training programme is built around what you actually have access to — gym, home, or both. Your intake form captures your setup and we design accordingly.
How many days per week do I need to train?
+
Typically 3–5 days per week. This is confirmed during your intake based on your schedule, occupation, experience level and goals. The programme adapts to what you can actually commit to.
Nutrition
Is this programme vegetarian-friendly?
+
Yes. Your nutrition plan is built around your dietary preference — vegetarian, non-vegetarian or eggetarian. Ayurvedic principles are incorporated regardless of preference.
Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?
+
No strict meal plan. A nutrition framework — meal timing, macros, food categories and portion guidance built around your lifestyle and cooking reality. It adapts as you progress.
What if I travel frequently?
+
Travel protocols are built into your plan. Eating out strategies, airport nutrition, hotel gym workouts — covered during your programme, reinforced in your Post-90 Blueprint.
What are the Ayurvedic principles involved?
+
Nutrition planning incorporates Ayurvedic concepts around body type (prakriti), food qualities, seasonal eating and digestive health — combined with modern nutritional science. Both frameworks are used where most appropriate.
Health & Medical
I have a medical condition — can I still apply?
+
Yes — and it's important that you disclose everything in your application. Conditions like thyroid, diabetes, PCOS and high BP are all factored into your programme design. We work with your health, not around it.
I'm on medication. Is that a problem?
+
Not at all. Disclose everything in your intake. Some medications affect training response, nutrition needs and supplementation — we factor all of this in. We do not advise stopping or altering any medication without your doctor's guidance.
Do I need blood reports before I apply?
+
Not to apply. But having recent bloodwork (CBC, lipid profile, KFT) is extremely useful once accepted — it allows us to review markers and personalise your supplementation from Day 1.
I have an injury. Can I still train?
+
Yes. Your training programme is modified around your injuries. We assess ROM, pain levels and restrictions in your intake and design accordingly. We do not prescribe through injury — we work around it intelligently.
Applying
How does the application process work?
+
Complete the online intake form (~4 minutes). Selected candidates are contacted within 48 hours with programme details and investment information. No payment is required at the application stage.
Is there a payment required to apply?
+
No payment is required to complete your application. Selected candidates are contacted with programme details and investment information before confirming their place.
When does intake close?
+
Intake closes once all 20 spots are confirmed. Apply early — spots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis once candidates are accepted.
